4th of July Portraits

We’ve been having some fun with 4th of July portraits lately. And that just makes sense. Here is a portrait of a veteran of the United States Navy. Though he retired a couple years back it’s still a very big part of who he is.

And here are a couple of fun portraits of children celebrating the 4th of July.

Remember, this Saturday between 11:30 and 2:00 pm we are serving free hot dogs and chips to anyone that wants to stop by the studio to say “hello” and to look around. Past and future clients and friends are always welcome. Also, we’ll have a special sale on gift certificates you’ll want to know about good on that day only! (And Angel Babies will be joining us and they’ll be having a big sale, too!)

We are a portrait studio in Olathe that serves many people from the Overland Park, Gardner, Lenexa and Shawnee areas of Kansas. Located just a few blocks east of Santa Fe and I-35 in central Olathe we are convenient to get to and you can even do a little shopping over at Angel Babies before and after your appointment.

A special thanks to the Olathe Chick-fil-A who has asked us once again to come in and take photographs of the little trick-o-treaters on October 31. Community News: Olathe Teacher of the Year

Portraits Today Studios wants this website to be more than just an endless promotion for our services. We would also like to be a bit of a community resource for South Johnson County, and Olathe in particular. As such I would like to be sure that you are aware of the promotion Chick-fil-A on 119th & Blackbob is running.

Chick-fil-A is looking for the Olathe Teacher of the Year. Looks like they are accepting nominations up until April 20, 2009. So if you have a teacher in the Olathe School District that has made a difference for you or one of your precious children maybe you’ll want to click on that link and make your nomination.
