AKKA Karate is having a Cove Party Open House to show off their new digs.  AKKA Karate is in the big spot next to us here at Portraits Today Studios.  If you have kids or an interest in Karate you may want to stop by. They are going to have moon bounces, Karate demos and I believe refreshments.  I’m sure we’ll participate in one way or the other.  It’s free, so stop by.

Thursday October 14
We will be announcing all of the details of our Bedtime Stories with Santa here at Portraits Today Studios.  Let me just say that we are looking to do more than just make a “mall-style” picture of your child and Santa Claus.  We are looking to make a memory.  Stay tuned!  It will be announced simultaneously on this website, our Portraits Today Studios facebook page and by email.  Space will be limited to keep everything under control and enjoyable and will be first come, first served.  It’s gonna be fun!

Sunday, October 31, Halloween
While normally only open by appointment on Sundays we will be open from 3:00 pm until 5:30 pm to welcome all little trick-or-treaters.  We will be offering 1 Free 5×7 per family of the kid(s) in costume.  No obligation what-so-ever to purchase more.  It’s kind of our way of saying “thank you” for your support.  (See November 1.)  Tell your friends and family.  C’mon out and say “hello.”

Monday, November 1
It’s our 2nd birthday!!!!!!!!!!!! We couldn’t have done it without you!  While we are closed on Mondays we will be thanking our lucky stars for all the support and positive word-of-mouth you have provided us these first two years.   We hope to be here in Olathe for many, many years to come.

Saturday, November 6
The Olathe Chick-fil-A will be hosting their first Mother Daughter Tea from 2:00 – 4:00.  As we always do when Jeff and Kim invite us out to their Chick-fil-A we will be offering 1 Free 5×7 to each Mother/Daughter combo.  All of their events are a lot of fun and usually sell out quickly.  So make your reservation today!

Saturday, November 13
This is the last day of our Special Pricing on Holiday Cards and Announcements here at PTS.  In case you haven’t seen it on our Current Specials page Holiday Cards and Announcements are 20% Off through October 30.  Then it drops to 15% Off through November 13.  No discount after that, sorry.

Are we leaking too much here?  Nah.  We’ll go ahead and say that the Bedtime Stories with Santa begin this day.  It’s gonna be so much fun.  (Have we said that already?)

Portraits Today Studios will be closed Thanksgiving Day, we will close early on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day.  Can you believe it’s just around the corner, already?
