Below is a copy of the email sent to our clients who have joined our email list. The offer is limited to the first 10 respondents due to time limitations available that day. I’ve posted this blog post 10 minutes after sending the email. So let us know if you are interested!

Portraits Today Studios Special Event!

Mother & Child Portraits For Mother’s Day

Saturday, May 9th 9:00 am to Noon
Limited to 10 appointments, 20 minutes per appt

Portraits Today Studios will be at Heritage Park in Olathe to take Mother & Child Portraits in the great outdoors. By grouping these appointments within this time frame it allows us to greatly reduce our fees for location work and we can get the portraits back to you by the end of business Saturday. Then you can have these special photographs in time for Mother’s Day with your families.

Each Mother & Child package will include one 8×10, two 5x7s and eight wallets of the pose of your choice from the selection of photographs we present. Enlargements and additional sheets will be made available upon request. Location fee and color toning (b&w, retro, sepia) fees are included.

Our Price: $69.95
List Price w/location fee: $122.50

Appointments will be taken on a first come, first served basis. You may either call us at 913.782.7427 (leave a message if we are not in) or respond by email. Details of the location of the portrait session and time slots will be given when the appointment is made. In case of inclement weather you will have the choice to have the portraits taken at our studio at a reduced rate or at another time. There will be a $20.00 reservation fee taken at the time the appointment is made and confirmed. This reservation fee is non-refundable after May 6, 2009.

Sorry that we have to limit this session to the first 10 respondents. We promise to do more in the future! We just want to make sure we can get these portraits back to you in time.
