The beauty of a digital portrait studio is the fun we can have with the pictures once they are taken. In today’s world of photography a picture really isn’t done until the digital post-processing. Take the photo below of this handsome young man for an example.
I think we would all agree that the photo on the plain white background of this young man is very good. I like the way the white isolates him and shows off his “look” and charm. But another way to go is to slip in to a background that matches the mood. Now, some may like the edging I put around the photo and some may not. But can we all agree that the portrait itself is both just as good as the one on plain white and in some ways better?
