Here is a young lady that visited us on Saturday. We ended up helping her mom pick out many fine portraits for her collection. This one I kinda liked because it’s a little surreal without going overboard. At least in my opinion. And that’s the great thing about having a professional photographer photograph your child. The photographer may see and like one thing. But you like another.
The photographer and parent AND child all need to work together to make quality children’s portraits. Our job is to listen to you and help create an environment that your child will respond to. Your job is come calm, relaxed and ready to have a little fun. The child’s job? Just to show up. Kids don’t work well in front of a camera with a lot of rules. At least that’s been my experience.
