I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Helen D of Champs American Karate since I was about 17 or 18 years old.  That’s her pictured to the left.   Her daughter is married to my best friend from even further back.  But I digress. :)

Anyway, Helen asked me to take some photos of the kids that come to her karate studio there in the Metcalf Mall.  So we happily complied.

By the way, dude up top had already broken a single board and double boards before doing this.  And we nailed the photo each time.  Isn’t that a cool photo?
