I love this photo shown here. This young man came in to our store with his girlfriend. Both are hearing impared. Both full of life and wanting more than the standard portrait photo. We took a lot of fun pictures. But this is my favorite. Look at him. He’s smiling and communicating and seems at ease. We know he’s busy saying something because of the soft image of hands in motion. From the smile on his face we assume his conversation is light and fun.
A great many of our clients like to play their family or individual portraits safe. And that’s okay. But when you come in to Portraits Today Studios please let us know if you want to experiment a little. Sure, we can take some “safe” and “standard” poses, as well.
If you are willing to share who you are, if you are willing to relax and play along. I’m sure that we can come up with photos that you will be proud of for years to come. Photos that capture a moment in time that will bring you back again and again. Photos that will tell generations to follow who you were. Not just what you looked like.
